Our customer service staff consists of highly trained individuals who have been factory-trained on all the telephone equipment Mid-State Teledata sells. In-house training on new products prior to consumer release is an ongoing practice for every technician. Our customer service representatives will meet with you personally prior to installation to be sure that all of your telecommunications needs are met. We will also conduct full on-site training at cutover. Our technicians are well-versed in network configurations, fiber optics, and all structured premise voice and data wiring, allowing Mid-State Teledata to manage all of your telecommunication needs.
